Every app, same login

Every screen on this wall runs on the same core.

One customer record, one bill, one place to look. The apps already know about each other, so a booking, an order, a review and a payment belong to the same person without anybody joining them up by hand.

The Kore ecosystem

Four pillars. One operating system for your business.

Each product works on its own. Used together, they compound, because they read and write the same records.

Run the whole operation from one command center

Front of house, back of house and the queue of things that need doing, visible on one screen, assigned to real people, with a timestamp on every step.

Every lead, deal and conversation in one record

Stop guessing who followed up. Calls, texts, emails, bookings and notes all attach to the same customer, and your pipeline updates itself as they move.

Why Kore

Nothing to integrate

The apps ship pre-connected. There is no middleware to buy, no connector to babysit, and nothing to re-wire when a vendor changes an API.

From setup to results

Three steps, and most of them are ours

A named specialist runs your onboarding end to end. Median time from kickoff to daily operations: nine days.

01

Connect

We import your customers, menu, price list and calendar, and connect your POS, delivery channels and accounting. You watch; we do the typing.

02

See

Within a day, your whole operation is on one screen: bookings, orders, conversations, reviews and revenue, all against the same customer records.

03

Act

Turn on the automations that matter (review requests, win-back campaigns, overdue-order alerts) and let the platform do the follow-up.

In their words

Operators, on camera, unscripted

No agency voiceover and no script. We asked what changed after the switch and left the camera running.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still not sure? Talk to someone who works with the platform every day.

Kore is a business operating system: specialised applications that all share one database. Instead of buying a CRM here, a booking tool there and a review app somewhere else, you get all of them reading and writing the same customer, calendar and ledger.

No. Kore is modular. Most customers start with one or two apps, usually whichever pain is loudest, and add more over time. Each one works standalone and gets more useful as you connect the rest.

A guest books a table, orders delivery two weeks later, leaves a review and pays with a card. In most stacks that is four unconnected records. In Kore it is one customer with four events, which means your segments, reports and follow-ups are actually correct.

Yes. Kore connects to DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Google, Clover, PAX, Fiserv, Telnyx and more, and exposes an API for anything custom. We do not ask you to replace what is already working.

Median time from kickoff to running daily operations is nine days. Because the modules ship pre-integrated, onboarding is data import and configuration, not a connector project.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audited, and card payments run through PCI-compliant partners. Regulated customers in finance, healthcare and automotive run on the platform today.

Pricing is per app and scales with locations and seats. Most single-location businesses land between $99 and $299 a month. Each product page carries its own published prices, or book a call for a quote on your exact mix.

We build it. Kore grew out of a custom software team, and that team is still here. If your workflow needs a piece that does not exist, it becomes part of the roadmap.
